The old-fashioned hotel was PLEASANT. Brand-new room, generous sized bathroom and exceptional service. A lot of food at breakfast like croissants and yoghourt. Quiet and absolutely perfect location, within walking distance of everywhere. Very pleasant stay, as always.

The experience was nice, would stay here again. The room was spacious and light with an enormous bathroom, just what was needed. The location was great - in the centre of La Chatre. I tried some drinks at bar Le Duplex, located 10 minutes walk away.

Loved the private garage, felt like a biker gang leader. Nohant-Vic was a great bonding experience with Georges Sand's house. Enjoyed pretending to be fancy at the hotel bar. The 16th-century building made me feel like a time-traveling aristocrat.

I mean, who needs WiFi in this day and age, right?
